Terms of Purchase

General

These terms and conditions of purchase apply when you, as a private individual, make a purchase from Fyrklövern, company registration number 556187-0626 (in Sweden). Since its foundation in 1974, Fyrklövern has created high-quality products and collections in porcelain, glass and home decoration for all of life's special occasions.

How to order

Order our products directly on our website www.fyrklovern.com/eu or by contacting our customer service (customerservice@fyrklovern.com).

Payment options

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Card payment

Payments are accepted with VISA and MasterCard. Enter the name of the cardholder, the card number, the expiry month and the CVC code of the card. The CVC code is the last three/four digits of the signature field on the back of the card. The card data is processed by Adyen Payment Exchange, which is PCI DSS certified. We use a so-called 3D security solution when you pay by card.

PayPal

In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

In some markets we also offer alternative payment methods.

Delivery

We deliver all orders in the order in which they are received and reserve the right to accept the order. Our normal delivery time for online orders is approximately 3-5 working days. We reserve the right to make final sales. Delivery is by UPS.

Shipping

Shipping costs are €5.90. We offer free shipping on all orders over €69. Damaged or missing goods must be reported to the merchant. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service at customerservice@fyrklovern.com.

Right of cancellation and returns

Under the Distance Selling Act, as a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In addition, we grant you a further 16 days, so that we offer all our customers a total of 30 days for an open purchase. We also offer free returns.

A returns form with instructions will be enclosed in your parcel. Please note that goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, please contact us at customerservice@fyrklovern.com

When we receive your return, we will refund you the corresponding amount.

If you wish, you can fill in the cancellation form and enclose it when you contact us. You can find it here.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to clarify any misunderstandings. If you wish to make a complaint, please write to Fyrklövern AB  (customerservice@fyrklovern.com).

The European Commission has also set up a website to make it easier for consumers and traders to resolve disputes via an online system. (ADR/ODR) alternative or online dispute resolution. The platform is available here.

Processing of personal data

As a customer, you authorise us to process your personal data. Fyrklövern AB, Corporate Identity Number  556187-0626, Ångbåtsbron 1 (besöksadress), 201 80 Malmö, is the personal data controller for the processing of the personal data you provide to us. We treat personal data in order to be able to maintain a relationship with you, including to be able to deliver goods and to be able to pay for them. Force majeure

Fyrklövern is not liable for damages, non-deliveries or delays caused by Swedish or foreign law, Swedish or foreign government measures, acts of war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts or other similar circumstances beyond Fyrklövern's control. Even if Fyrklövern itself is subject to or undertakes conflict measures. Fyrklövern will not be liable for damages arising in other cases if the company has exercised ordinary care. Fyrklövern is in no case liable for indirect damage.

Changes

Fyrklövern reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time to the extent that the changes are necessary to fulfil new legal requirements or to adapt our general customer relations. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be published on www.fyrklovern.com/eu
