I haven't received an order confirmation?

Please check your spam folder as it might have ended up there. You can also log in to our website to view your orders. If you still can't find your order, please contact our customer service.

What is the delivery time?

We deliver all orders in the sequence they are received and reserve the right to approve the order. Our normal delivery time is 3-5 days. You can collect your package at the selected pick-up point.

What does shipping cost?

The standard shipping cost is 5.90 eur. You can pick up the package from your nearest agent at your convenience. Notification is done via SMS.

We offer free shipping for all orders over 69 eur.

What payment methods are available?

Can I split the payment?

No, you cannot split your payment.

What does a 30-day free return policy mean?

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without any specific reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. In addition to this, we give you an extra 16 days, so in total, we offer all our customers a 30-day period for returning orders without a reason.

How do I return an item?

A return form with instructions is included in your package. Please note that the goods must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging.  If the original packaging is missing or damaged, please contact us. Return Address:

Once we have received your return, we will refund the corresponding amount to the same card.

What is the cost of returning?

We offer free returns.

How do I proceed with a claim?

We apply the Consumer Sales Act's right to claim, which means you have a three-year right to claim after you have received the item. This assumes that all relevant care instructions were followed and the object was treated with care.

In case of a claim, please contact us by e-mail customerservice@fyrklovern.com . If the claim is approved, we as the seller will cover all costs associated with the return. A new item will then be sent to you free of charge, and we will cover the shipping costs.

Are the products dishwasher safe and microwaveable?

This depends on the material and decoration of the particular piece. Please check the care instructions for your glass, ceramic or other items.

How long are your sets available for purchase so collections can be completed?

Fyrklövern aims to offer customers the opportunity to purchase additional items from sets for up to 7 years. This is provided that the items are in stock or that we can order additional pieces from our supplier. We have managed to do this in most cases thanks to our close and lasting supplier relationships.
